Debbie, Billing Coordinator

One of the newest members of our practice, Debbie is a dentistry veteran with more than 30 years of experience. She loves meeting new people and helping them understand their benefits. To best serve our patients, Debbie holds certifications in CPR and OSHA compliance. She also completed management courses. Debbie and her husband Bruce are proud of their three wonderful children, Patrick, Kiersten, Trace and love to spoil their grandson, Landen. After work, Debbie spends time with family relaxing. She enjoys reading and cooking.

Dusty, Front Desk Coordinator

We are excited to welcome Dusty back to our practice after having worked here in the 1990’s. She is happy to be “back home” at White Clay Dental and is enjoying reconnecting with so many familiar patients. Dusty is originally from West Virginia and is a graduate of Huntington (W.Va.) Jr. College of Business. She and her husband, Jon, have 2 sons, Jonathan and Matthew. In her spare time, she helps with a charitable foundation and stays involved with her boys’ sports and activities at school.


Cheryl, Receptionist

Cheryl has been with White Clay Dental since 2016. She has more than 40 years of experience in the dental field and brings a wealth of experience to her work for our practice. She especially enjoys working with our team.

Cheryl is originally from Wilmington and attended John Dickinson High School and Delaware Tech Community College for dental assisting. She and her husband, Victor, have two children and two granddaughters. In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys camping and traveling in an RV with Victor and spending time with the grandkids.

Dental Hygienists

Marci, Registered Dental Hygienist

Marci has been making our patients’ smiles beautiful since 1988. Growing up in North Wilmington, DE, Marci earned her associates degree in dental hygiene from Delaware Tech in 1982. Marci’s favorite thing about working in the dental field is getting to know people, and she feels that she learns something new every day from her patients. Marci is happily married to Fred with two grown sons, Jim and Rich and enjoys spending down time walking on the beach, reading, and taking family road trips especially to Disney World. Marci has visited Disney World more than 30 times!

Gina, Registered Dental Hygienist

For nearly 3 decades, Gina has delivered outstanding patient care. New to the White Clay Dental Associates, Gina loves working with many different people and helping them achieve their smile goals. Originally from Wilmington, Gina attended Delaware Tech where she received her associates degree in Dental Hygiene in 1986. She and her husband of 28 years, Anthony, have two children Angela, and Anthony Jr. When she’s not busy with work or family, Gina enjoys sports, visiting the beach, and reading.

Angel, Registered Dental Hygienist

Angel graduated from Hodgson Vocational High School where she received her dental assisting training. She continued her dental education at Delaware Tech where she earned her Associate degree in Dental Hygiene. Angel enjoys going to the beach, fishing, and snowboarding.

Regina “Gina”, Dental Assistant

Gina has been in the dental field since 1994, and joined our practice in 2007. She received her dental assistant training while attending Delcastle Technical High School. A Wilmington native, Gina loves her work because she gets to experience hands on involvement in improving her patients’ dental health. She and her husband, Jerry have two children, daughter Josie and son Tristan. Gina spends much of her spare time relaxing with family, but she also enjoys visiting the beach and attending country music concerts.

Amy, Dental Assistant

When Amy joined White Clay Dental Associates in May of 2013, she brought 28 years of dental experience to our team. Amy earned her dental assistant degree from Delaware Tech in 1985, and maintains CPR and radiography certifications. She and her husband have been married since 1992, and they have two sons. Outside the office, Amy enjoys camping, the family cabin, hiking, reading, and she loves all animals.
